Self Creation

This is our own effort for write a film script based on one of our subject Writing for Media. This is the synopsis of my script "Vasantham"( The spring).

Dhiya is a elder daughter of illness father and mother who goes to house hold works and sends her and her sister to educate. As her mother's dream and her too Dhiya completed her university studies and appointed as a teacher in her village. In between her studies she meets Rakesh sh who loves her and builds a good relationship with her before his proposal. Suddenly Rakesh leaves Dhiya after knows about her dream that she wants to bear all the loads of her family on her shoulder. And she trains to forget Rakesh's departure by doing her teaching job.

In between this Dhiya's mother decides to search bridegroom.  But she refuses all the proposals. And after she makes a good life for her sister Nila by gets marry her to a good boy and Dhiya thinks that her family is enough to her and later she realises that only seeing her wedding is much enough to her parents and she agrees to get marry.

Few days later Rakesh comes to her home and asks her to marry him and Dhiya refuses him because of unreasoning departure of him. And Rakesh tells the reason for his departure that he decided to give much time to fulfill her dream and wait until she finishes her obligation. Later Dhiya accepts his proposal after knows the truth of unreasoning departure of Rakesh.
